Invu [LSE, AIM symbol: INVU] develops, markets and
sells Digital Document Management software. Our products are
designed to be accessible in price to the small-to-medium (‘SME’)
market and individual departments of larger organisations, and have
been developed to reflect our brand values of ease of
use, high quality and price
performance.
Founded in 1997 and based in Northampton, Invu now operates in
the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South East Asia, Australia, the
United States of America and Nigeria. We currently retain 60
employees, and have sold our products to nearly 3300 customers,
which represents a total of approximately 72 000 licensed
users. Invu employs a proven reseller business model, and our
ever-growing network of Accredited Partners currently stands at
130, 10 of which are based in Benelux.
Invu raised over £3.5 million following its flotation on the AIM
stock market in January 2004. We are a Microsoft Gold Certified
Partner and a member of the Business Application Software
Developers Association (BASDA), and our Version 5.4 and Series 6
products have been accredited by the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). In January 2006, Invu
became the first DDM ISV to join SAP’s portfolio and was certified
for integration with SAP Business One. In September 2006, Series 6
was selected by Sage to be marketed into the Professional Advisor
market in the UK.
Invu is managed by an experienced group of executives and
directors. Our aim is to maintain our position as the leading
vendor of document management software for SMEs and to continue to
create value for our customers and shareholders.
Invu Plc is a UK company quoted on the Alternative Investment
Market [LSE, AIM, Symbol; INVU] of the London Stock Exchange.
Following it's reverse triangular merger with Invu Inc On the 6th
December 2007 Invu's shares started to trade on this market on
December 7th 2007.

Netherlands.
