For those cross-functional teams or remote workers who may not have full access to Invu Document Management, Invu now offers Invu Web Approval. Tasks requiring approval such as invoices, POs and holiday requests, devised within Invu Workflow can now be forwarded on for review to any appropriate employee. A reviewer is notified of a task and directed to the document for approval. With previews available, the ability to add a note and simple actions to confirm or reject the task, Invu Web Approval enables individuals without Invu Document Management to keep up to date with all tasks and maintain the electronic approval process. |
