The sales set out above were effected in order to fund the exercise of options prior to the recent reorganisation, as announced on 21 November 2007 and as explained in the Company’s admission document, dated 6 November 2007

(1) David Morgan is among the potential beneficiaries of an Isle of Man discretionary trust. The trustee of the discretionary trust is Cayman National Bank and Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited whose nominee, Cayman National Nominees Limited, is the registered holder of 18,954,252 Shares. The percentage of David Morgan’s beneficial interest in the assets of the discretionary trust has not been determined.
(2) the 97,959 shares purchased by Daniel Goldman are held in a joint account with his brother, Mr A Goldman.
