This module delivers read-only functionality to users who do not need to amend, or input new documents, but who do need to search and retrieve documents –e.g. administration staff or businesses whose documents are subject to rigorous control. Users can search, retrieve and view files, but can’t make any changes or delete information. Invu Document Management’s full searching capability remains available - searches on document content, indexing criteria or a combination of both, and multiple users can access the same document simultaneously. |
