Invu’s eCopy Connector enables you to turn your multi-function device (MFD) into a direct conduit to your document management system. It can be used with any eCopy ShareScan enabled device and enables you to scan directly to Invu Document Management from your copier. Your Invu configuration is available at the device so you can file to your organisation’s Invu filing structure and add document properties.
Making the most of your printer investment, the Invu eCopy Connector opens up your scanning potential to any staff member with access to your multi-function device. For some organisations streamlining processes with Invu Document Management can be impacted by bottlenecks at scanning points, say with administrative staff. Few other staff will have access to a desktop scanner so it makes sense to enable Invu users to self-scan from your MFD.
