This module delivers read-only functionality
to users who only want to be able to search and retrieve documents
held within the system, but without the ability to amend, or input
new documents - perfect for businesses whose documents are subject
to rigorous control. i600 users can search, retrieve and view
files, but can’t make any changes or delete information. The search
can still be based on document content, indexing criteria or a
combination of both, and multiple users can access the same
document simultaneously. This means all staff are able to benefit
from the state-of-the-art interface and intuitive filing system,
while the security of important documents is maintained.
